By wicked I mean…

Wicked awesome.

I ate this beast for lunch.


 What is it you ask?

Steamed kale, steam broccoli, half an avocado, tempeh,

1 hard boiled egg, 1/4c quinoa, Braggs liquid aminos, nurtitional

yeast and garlic. BOOM. So delicious yet nutritious. I was inspired

by my many Life Alive meals.

I hit the gym for a 30 minute work out tonight on the elliptical

doing some intervals but my sweet tooth struck! So…

I finished my night on an equally awesome night. Banana soft serve.Image

 I threw a frozen banana in the food processor with a little

protein powder and PB. Then I tossed a few choco chips in

for good measure.

Now I’m finishing my night like this.


I’m off to read some Porno 50 Shades.

I actually think the story line is pretty good but I’ll

let you know how I feel when I finish.
