Picture this if you will.
Girl returns from Alaska. Girl ate only fish for
two weeks. Girl came home. Girl wanted something to
tame the sweet tooth.
Girl hits the internet and finds Chocolate Covered Katie.
And found an amazing recipe for chocolate chip cookie dough
dip. Said girl took the plunge. Catching on? It’s me. I had to
make it! So I took the recipe and made some changes.
Ok now don’t freak out. Those are beans. But give it a whirl.
You won’t be sorry!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip
1 cup chick peas
4 tbsp peanut butter (any nut butter will do)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 almond milk (you might need more or less)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp agave
3 tbsp oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1- get your food processor out.
2- add all ingredients except chocolate chips.
3- pulse all ingredients together.
4- when smooth and mixed give it a taste. Need more sweetener?
Need more nut butter? Add it now and mix more.
5- add it to a bowl and fold in choco chips.
6- ENJOY! Me and my roommates used animal crackers.
