Tonight I hit a high note in the kitchen.
Such a high note that George was going crazy to get a taste.
We had Gyoza in the freezer but I needed something to
go with it. We couldn’t possibly just eat Gyoza.
I had spinach, mushrooms, peppers and zucchini.
I sautéed them with some garlic and oil while boiling some
whole wheat pasta. On the side- I made a peanut sauce.
The greatest peanut sauce ever! So creamy and delicious!
How to make the greatest sauce ever:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup water
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1- mix all ingredients on the stove top
2- cook from 3 to 5 mins until well mixed
3- pour over your veggies and noodles.
4- lick your plate clean
