Say what? Yeah. It’s going down in the kitchen.
It was delicious. And it was devoured.
I adapted this from a recipe from Oh She Glows. That woman
is killing it in the kitchen.
Here is the recipe I went with:
1/2 cup cooked lentils (TJ’s)
1/4 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup refried beans (Tj’s salsa style)
1/2 cup roasted walnuts
1/4 pack of taco seasoning (I used TJ’s)
1- toast the walnuts at 300 for about 10 minutes.
2- add everything to the food processor. Pulse.
3- Once mixed, put in a frying pan and cook on medium heat
just to warm the mix up.
4- enjoy in taco shells, in a salad or by the spoonful!
I made some guacamole and topped with some soy cheese.
IT IS SO DELICIOUS!
